Anybody with a reasonable standard of general education can cope with our courses — they’re designed to be as inclusive as possible. If you can read and write well enough to complete a job application, and handle basic maths, you’ll be fine. Materials are written in plain, everyday language.

You’ll also have a Study Guide, comprehensive online course materials, your tutor, and a team of dedicated student and admin support specialists.
Yes — you can enrol on as many courses as you like, running concurrently or starting at different times.
  • Full payment at the time of enrolling
  • A £35 deposit at enrolment, with the remainder due one calendar month later
  • Three equal payments, starting the day you enrol, with the remaining two due one and two months later
Yes. Courses are delivered entirely online, so you’ll need access to email and the internet to reach materials and support, submit assignments, and do research.

Log in to your portal, click “My Courses,” then the relevant course title. This opens your dashboard, where you’ll find a “Contact Tutor” button below the “Submit Your Work” button.

You submit assignments through the I Learn It Easy portal, free of charge, one at a time for marking. This lets your tutor properly assess each section and give feedback you’ll use on the next assignment — a collaborative process of continuous improvement.
You have one year from enrolling. If you need more time, you can extend your course, though extension fees apply.
Yes. As a rough guide, endorsed qualification courses take about 100–120 study hours depending on your circumstances. QCF courses have individually allocated Guided Learning Hours per National Occupational Standards — check your course details. There are no other deadlines to meet.
There’s a suggested word count for tutor-marked assignments, but what matters more is showing your tutor you’ve understood the questions. A comprehensive Study Guide is included and available on your portal. Many students start slowly — your tutor will guide and encourage you as you improve.
A unique login and password to our secure I Learn It Easy student management system, sent by email. Make a note of these immediately. You’ll usually get access the same business day (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), or the next business day if you enrol outside those hours.
Course materials and tasks help you build the knowledge and confidence to complete tutor-marked assignments, while developing relevant research and academic writing skills.
