We aim to provide course materials of a high standard, although we do not guarantee they will be entirely free of error. You are responsible for inspecting the course materials as soon as reasonably possible after receipt, and it is your responsibility to contact us should they arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
Many of our courses are accredited by national Awarding Organisations regulated by Ofqual. Where changes to certification processes make it necessary, we may substitute the Awarding Organisation for one of similar or superior status, which will always itself be regulated by Ofqual. If we do this, we will notify affected students in writing as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event before your certificate is issued.
Once your course or assessments have been submitted to an Awarding Organisation, matters such as examination dates, marking and results timescales, fees they set, and changes to their own requirements are decided by that Awarding Organisation and are outside our control. We will support you in dealing with the Awarding Organisation on these matters where we reasonably can, but we are not liable for their acts, delays, or decisions
We do not permit the copying, submission or use of another person’s work as a learner’s own. The unauthorised use of AI-generated content may also be considered a form of academic misconduct where it is submitted as the learner’s own work or where AI use is not permitted for the assessment.
Where plagiarism, inappropriate or unauthorised AI use, or other forms of academic misconduct are identified, we reserve the right to withdraw the learner from the course without a refund of the course fee.

If you choose to pay by instalments, payments will be collected on the 10th day of each month and will continue until your account is paid in full
Refunds are not available for international students living outside the UK and Ireland.
After the 14 days have elapsed, we will not accept a refund request. You remain liable for all fees plus any additional charges incurred for administration, failed direct debit payments, or chasing action, including legal fees if appropriate.
