Our Digital Photography course is a comprehensive guide to becoming a fully fledged photographer. The course comprises four core units. Unit 1 covers all the Key Topics such as the History of Photography, Equipment and Accessories and the Photographic process. This gives you the background knowledge upon which to build your practical skills.
As the course progresses, you learn about the most important elements of photography such as composition, viewpoint and framing, and features which pertain to the “digital” aspect of photography, including data transfer, scanning and editing. Although the course is comprehensive and informative, we expect you to carry out your own investigations and some research. While there are no educational requirements, you should have reasonable levels of literacy and numeracy to meet the objectives of the course.
